Join us for an evening of microbiology as we explore the science, technology, engineering, and math of cheese making! Leave the evening with sparks of inspiration, real world anchoring phenomena, and your own mozzarella cheese to take home. This event is being hosted at Leelanau Cheese in Suttons Bay with Josh Hall, award winning cheesemaker. Get behind the scenes in their cheese making facilities and see all of the science and math in action!
